game recommendations

So if anyone's looking for a good pc or 360 game id highly recommend you get The Last Remnant a relatively new game by Square Enix. Although it is a JRPG meaning its got square's laughable English voice actors, and I've noticed that the subtitle file seems to have a ton of gramatical errors, the graphics are amazing and run smoothly on my laptop at max, tho my laptop is very powerful its not the most top of the line pc out there so most people should be able to run LR well. Even though the voice acting is laughable the storyline is prety damned epic.

Synopsis:
More or less you play as a young man named Rush who after recieving a letter from his parents runs to share the letter with his sister, after the message ends they're attacked by the token black man in the game. The man kidnaps his sister and leaves, Rush predictably chases after ending up in the middle of a battlefield where the county of Athlem is defending its boarders against a monster army. The battle is ended with the remnant controled by the Marquee of Athlem David Nassau, a Titus look alike and i suspect has a homosexual interest in Rush. Rush then gains the support of Athlem to find his sister. Thats about it im not going to ruin the whole game besides thats just the intro to the story.

lack of desktop customization in mac OSX?

Ok so im sitting around right now waiting til i gotta go to school so i decided to surf the web a bit. My web surfing brought me to an article on life hacker about a nice little japanese program that lets windows users use mac OSX fonts, now for one reason or another this got me to thinking about mac OSX customization. As most people know im really big into customizing my work and play environment for the look and efficiency of it. Just last week a redid my desktop again and it turned out like this...

From Screenshots

So with lifehacker sparking my interest in mac OSX customization i did a quick google image search for mac OSX customized desktops and found little to nothing, just a few color themes and samurize like system stat programs, no alternative shells, no taskbar-less desktops, nothing like that. Now at some point id like to get a mac for graphics work but ill be in no rush if i cant customize my enviroment.

Gold Farming

So this little quest of mine starts out with me being one broke son of a bitch, with most businesses out there not really wanting to hire new employees. So with the lack of traditional jobs available I've been looking into finding something online to make money with, one thing is the digital photography school tho I'm not a very good photographer by professional standards, and i haven't been able to get out much to take photos it might work in the long run, but the long run doesn't help me get to ama this year or get a cosplay together. So when my girlfriend told me that she just sold some gold on gaia to buy a clear nose stud i started looking into goldfarming and an interesting thought came to mind. Why don't mmo's make goldfarming official and not illegal? Think about it lets say blizard made an official site for WOW goldfarmers and required that the goldfarmers paid blizard say about 20-30% of each sale they could make even more money then they already are, and we all know blizard has turned greedy enough to do it too. My point being that its nonsence for mmo's to not do this, especially free ones run by small software corporations, these small corporations could get allot bigger allot faster and make a better quality game instead of using the same monster over and over again just a differnt color or size. Just another random thought....
